PERSONAL COACHING

Our methodology is grounded in three complementary approaches:

  1. Brain-Based: You will understand how the brain and nervous system adapt and change, and develop practical skills to support positive change.
  1. Metacognitive: You will develop the skills to observe and understand your thoughts, emotions, and habitual patterns, giving you greater choice in how you respond.
  2. Somatic Emotional Therapy (SET): This method, developed by Dr. Salehinia, works with the connection between the mind, emotions, body, and nervous system to help people process and respond differently to unhelpful experiences that may have become deeply ingrained.

How We Coach

Our coaching is guided by two principles that place you at the center of your own change.

Non-Directive

We do not tell you what to think, what to do, or what decisions to make. Instead, we help you develop the awareness, skills, and confidence to discover what works for you. This allows you to build trust in your own ability to understand yourself, navigate challenges, make productive decisions, and lead yourself effectively.

Constructive

Together, we uncover what works and what is possible rather than treating you as though something is broken and needs fixing. We build on your existing strengths while helping you develop new skills and perspectives. This allows you to see yourself, your capabilities, and your options differently—and opens new possibilities for meaningful change.

What You Gain

  • A new level of personal awareness, insight, and confidence which, rather than offering only temporary relief, leads to deep and lasting satisfaction.
  • A renewed sense of strength and self-reliance — qualities essential to living in a world of increasing complexity and change that requires decisive decision making and execution ability.

Mat Deeni

“I began coaching with Dr. Nasser Salehinia when I was going through one of the most difficult periods of my life. I had completely lost my self-confidence, and this was negatively affecting my relationships with my family.

Through his knowledge, guidance, and support, I gradually regained my confidence, learned to better manage my thoughts and emotions, and found a greater sense of peace and hope. As I changed, my relationships with my husband and children also improved significantly.

Coaching with Dr. Salehinia has been one of the most valuable experiences of my life. I sincerely recommend him to anyone seeking personal growth, stronger relationships, and meaningful positive change in their life.”

LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING

Increasing complexity and accelerating change have become permanent features of the business world. Leaders and organizations must quickly and continually adapt, make effective decisions, and respond to circumstances that can be difficult to predict. Success in this environment requires more than new policies, procedures, or technologies. It requires the ability to understand how people think, feel, and respond—and how those factors influence decisions, relationships, and performance.

Rethinking The Traditional Approach

Traditional approaches to constant change focus largely on improving workplace practices, performance, and employee engagement. While valuable, they may not be enough to meet the complexity and speed of change today.

A smarter approach goes deeper—addressing the human factors that influence how people think, feel, respond, collaborate, and perform.

Our Approach

Brain-Based

We apply the latest understanding of the brain and nervous system to help leaders understand how their thinking, emotions, and patterns of response influence their effectiveness, their relationships, and the people they lead.

Metacognitive

We help leaders observe and understand their own thinking, emotions, and habitual patterns, giving them greater awareness and choice in how they respond and lead.

Organizational Mindset

We explore the mindset that underpins an organization and shapes how its people think, feel, respond, collaborate, and perform. By understanding this mindset, leaders can recognize what may be supporting or limiting organizational effectiveness.

Constructive Alternatives

Together, we identify more constructive ways of thinking, responding, and working. We build on what is already effective while identifying approaches that can better support the organization’s people and objectives.

Implementation

We help leaders translate insight into action by developing practical strategies and behaviors they can apply in the workplace to improve leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

How We Work With Leaders

Our work with leaders is guided by three principles:

Non-Directive

We do not tell leaders what decisions to make or prescribe solutions. Instead, we help them examine their thinking, assumptions, and patterns, enabling them to develop their own insights and make more effective decisions.

Constructive

Together, we focus on what works and what is possible rather than simply identifying problems. We build on existing strengths and uncover new perspectives and approaches that can improve leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Collaborative

We work with leaders as partners in the process, combining their knowledge of the organization with our expertise in brain-based and metacognitive approaches. Together, we develop practical strategies that can be translated into effective action and meaningful results.

What Leaders Gain

  • Awareness — A deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, assumptions, and habitual patterns, and how they influence your leadership and relationships.
  • Skills — Practical skills for thinking, responding, communicating, and regulating your nervous system that can help you respond more effectively.
  • Adaptability — A greater ability to adjust your thinking and responses as circumstances change, while remaining focused on what matters.
  • Resilience — A greater capacity to navigate pressure, uncertainty, and challenges with flexibility, stability, and intention.
  • Self-Leadership Effectiveness — The ability to intentionally direct your mind, make productive decisions, and positively influence the people and organization around you.

These skills extend beyond individual leadership. They can help people become more productive and satisfied in their work while enabling leaders to help the people and teams they work with perform at their best.
